  • Steven Lasee, MS PhD

    ENVIRONMENTAL TOXICOLOGIST

    Dr. Lasee is a toxicologist with expertise in risk assessment, chemical fate and transport, exposure, and the Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) chemical group. Dr. Lasee has advised and worked with several universities, companies, non-profit organizations, and state and federal government agencies on projects surrounding PFAS and PFAS contamination. He has authored several scientific publications and chapters focused on PFAS environmental behavior and exposure potentials. Dr. Lasee also authored the first study finding microplastics in an aquifer. His focus is on understanding human and environmental exposure to toxicants and how they relate to illness.

  • Aleric Baumbarger

    WORKPLACE & OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

    Aleric is an occupational safety and health trainer with nearly a decade of service in the US Armed Forces. Aleric served as a Chinook Helicopter Mechanic and Engineer in several theaters globally to include Europe and the Middle East. Aleric’s view is that effective safety training is difficult to see in action, but improper safety training, or the lack of it altogether, is obvious and eventually devastating. He believes that excellent safety training has a positive impact that will ripple throughout a company or organization and takes great pride in contributing to that.

  • Jeremy Schill

    WASTE WATER SPECIALIST

    Jeremy is a waste water specialist with 10 years of experience. Studied waste and soils resource at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Jeremy is certified by the state of Wisconsin as a waste water advanced operator. His greatest interest is in the biological aspect of waste treatment and how to optimize these systems with other aspects of waste treatment. Jeremy’s favorite aspect of waste water treatment is the conversion grey water into something that can once again be used for recreation and consumption.

  • Caleshia Calvin, PhD

    ENVIRONMENTAL TOXICOLOGIST

    Dr. Calvin is a marine toxicologist who understands the challenges of studying organisms protected by the Endangered Species Act. By working on molecular studies that were designed to contribute to the Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) and a study of her own, she has worked under the jurisdiction of the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), US Geological Survey (USGS), US National Park Service (NPS), and NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Dr. Calvin can aid in the design of a robust study that honors the rule of law, suggest innovative and minimally invasive sampling techniques, offer support in the permit application process, and provide insight regarding the proper transportation of samples at the local, state, federal, and international level.
